International training course on Insect Vector 2004 -   This was the first training course on functional genomics of applied to insect vectors of human diseases.  The training course was co-organized by CBAG and CVVD and was held at Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand during January 17 -28, 2005.  

1^st International Bioinformatics Course 2002 - CBAG organized the first regional training course on bioinformatics in July 9-23, 2002. Twenty participants, selected from 68 applications, were investigators from SE-Asia and Asia regions whose research interests are mainly on tropical diseases and have potential needs to utilize bioinformatics for their future works.           

2^nd International Bioinformaics Course 2003 - CBAG organized the second regional training course on bioinformatics from September 29-October 10, 2003.    

Local Bioinformatics course 2003- CBAG successfully organized the first Computational Molecular Biology and Molecular Bioinformatics Workshop on "Bioinformatics for Biomedical Research: From Databases to Genome Analysis" from May 19-23, 2003. Forty eight participants, comprised of university lecturers, instructors, researchers, medical doctors and students, attended this one-week hand-on workshop.                                              

Local Bioinformatics course 2004- CBAG successfully organized the second Computational Molecular Biology and Molecular Bioinformatics Workshop on "Bioinformatics for Biomedical Research: From Databases to Gene and Protein Analyses" from March 15-19, 2004 Forty participants, comprised of university lecturers, instructors, researchers, medical doctors and students, attended this one-week hand-on workshop.
